Si entrenas temprano, este suplemento de cafeína es perfecto. Me ayuda a tener energía y foco sin que el efecto se desvanezca rápido. La liberación prolongada lo hace ideal para quienes queremos aprovechar cada minuto del entrenamiento.
Buen producto, pero mejor no combinar
Funciona de maravilla y dura bastante tiempo, pero en mi experiencia no es bueno combinarlo con otras fuentes de cafeína. Un día lo usé junto a mi café matutino y me sentí bastante nerviosa. Solo con la cápsula tengo energía suficiente para el día.

Tenía expectativas altas con la cafeína de Rawters, especialmente por su liberación prolongada. Si bien me ha ayudado a mantenerme enfocado durante mis entrenamientos... el efecto prolongado es un arma de doble filo. Si entreno por la tarde, a veces me cuesta dormir. Eso sí, los días que entreno por la mañana son perfectos porque me mantiene activo y concentrado todo el día. Así que, si eres alguien que entrena tarde ten cuidado con la dosis. Fuera de eso, la calidad es excelente.
