Ingredients: Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose (E-460i), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), rice flour, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), nicotinamide (niacin), anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate (E-470b), D-calcium pantothenate (pantothenic acid), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid), D-biotin (biotin) and cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12). Capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (E-464)).

Directions for use: Take 1 capsule a day, preferably on an empty stomach.

Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule.
